Chan Mei-yi (Nam Hung) - Chan Mei-yi is the older Chas sister and the one who keeps up the main front of the girls as high society women. Thus, she gets a bunch of rich businessmen trying to sleaze their way into her heart. Mei-yi takes it all in stride and basically uses the men to get all their money.

Chan Mei-ling (Connie Chan Po-Chu) - Chan Mei-ling is the younger Chan sister and the one more likely to kick your butt before you have a chance to say you are a rich playboy with no morals. Mei-ling is also the sister who likes giving money to the poor more, and also beats up street gangs while doing so.

Cheung Man-fu (Patrick Tse Yin) - Cheung Man-fu is an insurance investigator who gets dragged into the Black Rose mess thanks to Lee trying to defraud the company. He gets too close to the identity of Black Rose, but also becomes the love interest. Quite a juggling act.

Lee (Lee Pang-Fei) - He's evil! First he tries to con the insurance company that Black Rose robbed him, so Black Rose just goes and robs him to punish him. That ticks him off enough he tries to torture Cheung Man-fu, until the Black Roses go and stop his nonsense and get him arrested. Welcome to jail, Lee!
