警方去年八月「放蛇」打擊違法白牌車，拘捕多名 Uber 司機，事隔五個月，落案控告七名司機。

警方指，過去的行動共有七名 Uber 司機及七名職員被捕。事隔五個月，警方落案控告七名司機各一項「駕駛汽車以作出租或取酬載客用途」，以及一項「沒有第三者保險而在道路使用車輛」罪，案件下星期五在九龍城裁判法院提堂。另外經進一步調查，有四名職員獲無條件釋放。
